The merchant is solely responsible for:
- Products and services offered
- Pricing, availability, and quality
- Customer experience and dispute resolution
- Compliance with applicable laws
2. No Agency Relationship
- Rofolo is not an agent, partner, or representative of the merchant.
- No partnership or joint venture is created.
3. Final Authority
The merchant has the final decision on:
- Offer acceptance
- Redemption approval
- Service refusal
4. Indemnity
The merchant agrees to indemnify and hold Rofolo harmless from claims arising from:
- Merchant services
- Customer disputes
- Regulatory violations
5. Termination
Rofolo may suspend or remove a merchant account at any time without notice.
6. Refund & Cancellation Disclaimer
- All refunds, cancellations, and service issues are handled directly by the merchant.
- Rofolo does not process refunds.
- Rofolo is not responsible for refund decisions or timelines.
7. In-App Legal Disclaimer (Short)
Rofolo is a record-keeping platform only. All transactions occur directly between merchants and customers. Rofolo does not handle payments and is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or merchant closures.
