A: Rofolo is a platform that helps merchants track offers, bundles, loyalty programs, and customer engagement. It acts as an accounting and tracking tool—we do not handle payments or sales.
Q2. How do transactions work?
A: All payments happen directly between you and your customer at your store. Rofolo does not process or store payments.
Q3. Who is responsible for refunds or disputes?
A: You, as the merchant, are fully responsible for resolving any disputes, refunds, or cancellations. Rofolo cannot intervene or override your decisions.
Q4. Can Rofolo force customers to redeem offers?
A: No. Rofolo will not force any customer. It is a non-biased platform, but you have the final decision on all redemptions, approvals, and offers.
Q5. What if my store closes temporarily or permanently?
A: Rofolo is not responsible for merchant closures or changes in service. Customers will not hold Rofolo liable for these changes.
Q6. How do I get support?
A: You can contact Rofolo at founder@rofolo.club for technical assistance or account support. We cannot manage customer disputes or payments.
Q7. Can I change my offers or loyalty rules?
A: Yes, you can update, pause, or remove offers anytime. Rofolo will reflect these changes in the platform for record-keeping purposes.
Q8. Do I need to pay Rofolo?
A: Any fees (if applicable) will be communicated clearly. Otherwise, tracking and basic use can be free depending on the plan.
For Customers
Q1. What is Rofolo?
A: Rofolo is a platform that tracks merchant offers, bundles, and loyalty programs. We do not sell products, provide services, or handle payments.
Q2. How do I use an offer or loyalty reward?
A: You redeem offers directly at the merchant’s store. The merchant has the final say in approving redemptions.
Q3. Who do I contact if there’s a problem with an offer or payment?
A: Any disputes, refunds, or issues must be handled directly with the merchant. Rofolo does not manage payments or customer disputes.
Q4. Can Rofolo cancel an offer or refund me?
A: No. Rofolo only tracks offers. All cancellations or refunds are handled by the merchant.
Q5. What if a merchant closes?
A: Rofolo is not responsible for merchant closures, permanent or temporary. Offers may no longer be valid if a merchant closes.
Q6. Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes. Rofolo only collects information needed to track offers and loyalty. We do not store payment details. See our Privacy Policy for details.
